Help! I'm trying to register for more than one class and I can't get to PayPal:
There is a known issue between PayPal and Internet Explorer. PayPal requires 3rd party cookies for multiple transactions in rapid succession. If 3rd party cookies are disabled, then only the first transaction will work and all subsequent transactions for the next 5-15 minutes will fail. The default setting in Internet Explorer 9 is to disallow third party cookies.
To enable 3rd Party cookies for IE 9:
1) Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy -> Advanced
2) Click ‘Override automatic cookie handling.'
The Solution:
There isn’t much we can do on our side to fix this since it’s an issue on PayPal's system. However, they are aware of it and are working on it, but no ETA has been given.
Workarounds:
Until PayPal fixes this issue, the following workarounds will work.
1) Enabling Third-Party cookies will resolve this problem.
2) Clearing your internet history immediately after the last purchase and immediately
before the next purchase should also work.
3) Use a different browser for the next purchase; such as Firefox, Safari or
Chrome.
4) Wait 5-15 minutes between purchases.
